We would like to remind tenants and their employees about our courtyard bike room. A free and secure, indoor bicycle parking facility located on the south side of the courtyard. The facility is identified with Commerce Court branded graphics from the outside.

The courtyard bike room is available 24/7 on a first-come, first-serve basis to all tenants of Commerce Court. The indoor space, along with all other bicycle racks at the property, are limited to a maximum of 24 hours per use (both locks and bicycles).

Access to the bicycle storage is by a registered pass card. A signed waiver form must be completed (attached) and returned to the Commerce Court Passcard office located in the Service Village (Level B2). Alternatively, completed forms can be emailed to our Passcard Office, at ccto-passcard@quadreal.com.. Please allow approximately 24 hours for processing access requests.
